Ammount of content is huge, levels are interesting and mechanics are cool also! Im not fan of vore, but I can get over it. Anyway.. can I ask you what engine and programs did you use to make this game? I was thinking for long time about trying to develop some game and since I have no previous experience I dont want to start with 3D game. My graphic skills are very low and this pixel style seems not so hard to learn (dont mean its easy but at least no rendering, skeletons etc.) altough still very good looking.

It lets me use my gamepad on the menus but not in gameplay, it makes me hold down the alt key to run when it works but last try the alt key didnt work either. the control config doesnt let me change anything control wise, if yilou can help me to get to use my gamepad i may consider joining the patreon, the game is beautiful besides the control issyes
There are tutorials on how to convert from 64-bit to 32-bit with Unity, also for android. If you want, I'll give you one that I found, it's an automatic process.
I have an idea for your game. You thought about making a gameplay for the transformed Maya.
When playing as a monster (monsters of your race will not attack you while you are their race)
And also come up with a potion of reverse transformation into a human.
In this case, when playing for a monster, there will be a timer (loss of personality). When playing as a monster for too long, Maya forgets her duty as a knight and continues the life of the monster, forgetting what had to be done on her campaign.
And of course the unique gameplay for the monster (of course it sounds complicated).
Naturally, with the loss of all health, May simply dies (the animation of the monster she turned into)
As I remember the game would have become much more interesting and varied.
May i ask... What exactly is the purpose of the defense up tokens? I spend the entire game armorless, and there seems to be no way of getting it back (debug doesn't count)
Also, I'd love there to be feral canine or ogre enemies too, or perhaps rock golems who stomp the ground and stun you, then dash you before you can blink ~
It won't make that much of a difference against bosses, since most of them hit like a truck anyway (unless you play on baby easy mode). However it makes a WORLD of difference when backtracking for missed pickups.
uhm... I suppose the future updates will have more armor/clothes to go around, but as of now, I'm nude all the time, and when nude, the defense does nothing. I think.
Right, when Maya is wearing her armor the defense value mitigates some of the damage. But when naked, it doesn't matter how much defense rating she has. Indeed in future versions there will be a legit way to restore armor.
That idea came from a quicksandfans story involving samus, and a living slime pit that pulls her under, feeds off of lust energy, then spits her out alive and exhausted.

Hey I'm glad to hear that you liked that version of Maya! Now many people have suggested that idea of the transformations being permanent and indeed it would be a great thing to have, but unfortunately it would be an insane amount of additional work on top of the already tight schedule. I would have to redraw all the game's sprites to account for each transformation, and also rework the game's logic to accommodate for many new interactions/restrictions for each tranform... yeah it would be insane work. So yeah unfortunately not happening for this game. Maybe on my next one?
But maybe "Dog (or wolf) Girl Maya" could be an extra post-game mode. After you finish making the main game, of course. As an unlockable, or as DLC. And heck, at that point, you could go as crazy with it as you want. Anywhere from just a reskin, to completely new abilities with claws instead of a sword.
I really need help for one of the upgrades. There's a spirit upgrade in the town area in the sewers but I don't know how to get to it. I searched the area around it for 30 minutes (no joke) but I couldn't find any switches to open the gate or secret passages. Could you give me a hint?

Currently the game only has 2 gates that require a key, and both gates are located in the same area: in the castle main hub. One gate is at the top (silver) and the other at the bottom (bronze). So if you have already opened both gates in this room then you've already opened them all.
Just the extension of the compression: one is .ZIP and the other is .RAR Some people prefer one over the other, and also in some rare cases a user system is only able to work with a specific extension and not the other, so please feel free to download your prefered one or the one that works in your system. As for the game itself, once the file is uncompressed it is the exact same so no difference in that regard.
Ran into two errors/glitches, but other than that, the game was amazing.
This first one I'm not sure, but the pirate's animation wouldn't play if I had the vore fetish turned off.
The second one happened when I used Up Sword to get the quartz on the right outside wall of the castle. You can make it to the top and fall out of the level with the help of Up Sword.

A chance? Yes. But it is not guaranteed. Regarding vore it is kinda of my "thing" so it should be expected in my creations in noticeable amounts. As for the possibility of a poll without vore, well I have done it in the past so I'll be considering the possibility again.

Also there is a few supporters who made multiple smaller donations with emails to get multiple votes in (they bragged on the forums too) just to sway votes. Bots are not hard to make for Patreon and many use this tactic to get their way and pirate stuff. Like I said I understand it is your game but I was seeing the hostility and the bot jerks and it made me disheartened in the game.

I'm also using Visual Studio (programming IDE from microsoft) but this is a required install when you install Unity for free, and the code is in the C# programming language supported by Unity. Unity is free while Aseprite is premium (but cheap) and highly recommended for easy pixel art. Otherwise I'd recommend paint.net as a free alternative for drawing stuff.
Towards that side of the island no; that is the end of content of the current version. That said, the next stages and upcoming content will be located after defeating the witch and entering the high-tech building.

Hello! The game is being actively worked on and in fact, as of this time, the current up-to-date private version has way much more content than the current public version. I intentionally choose to do a closed alpha development of this project with only a few public demos, and so if you would like to download the recent versions and follow the development, please visit my patreon page for more information. That said, once I finish the development of the game I will release the 1.0 version as a completed product both here on itch and on steam as well, so if you'd rather wait for the full versions that is a possibility as well.
I'm not sure whether I will make another public release before the final 1.0 full release of the finished project. It's a maybe for now, so there's a possibility but also I can't guarantee it.

in gloomy castle right near the chess piece there is a locked door but i don't see any lever near it.
You need a key to open that door. The key is found by defeating the minotaur champion at the arena in the city.

Yes there will be more transformation scenes, and in some of those Maya will retain part of her human form and be a hybrid.

Further ahead in the sewers there are 2 switches. Try making different combinations with them!

Yeah, it is kind of a bummer for me too. This game is perfect for me, with the exception of there being lil too much vore :/
